Trademark and visual identity
The April Premium name, logo, visual identity, Website design and other brand materials are used lawfully by the company and are protected as brand identifiers and intellectual property.
House designs and floor plans
House designs, floor plans, architectural images, elevations, diagrams, visualisations and other design materials on the Website are the results of intellectual activity and belong to the rights holder.
Copying, adapting, publishing, transferring to third parties, selling, commercial use or posting these materials on other websites, marketplaces, social media or in advertising is prohibited without the rights holder's written consent.
Photographs and property images
Photographs of completed homes, property images, visualisations and interior and exterior materials on the Website are used lawfully by the rights holder. Copying, downloading, publishing, altering, removing watermarks or otherwise using them without written permission is prohibited.
Website text and structure
Text, project descriptions, page structure, collections, articles, technical descriptions and other Website materials are also protected by copyright. They may be used only with the rights holder's written permission.
Liability for infringement
If Website materials are used unlawfully, the rights holder may demand their removal, cessation of the infringement, compensation for losses and other remedies provided by applicable law.
How to obtain permission to use materials
To use Website materials, designs, images or text excerpts, you must obtain prior written permission from the rights holder.
