Turnkey house construction in Perm and the Perm region

We followed the company’s work for several years before deciding to build ourselves. After getting in touch, we agreed on a design. The approach was tailored to us down to the smallest detail!

They used quality materials: 400 mm aerated concrete block walls with brick cladding. We received a photo report every day during construction. The team has extensive experience, and all the work was completed to a high standard and on time!

Choosing a builder did not take us long. Our neighbours were building with this company, so we had seen the work and how tidy everything was, including the cameras on site. We decided to go straight to a company we already trusted.

We hired the company to build a house with an attic storey in Bolshaya Mos. The structural shell took 3.5 months, with the work running a little into winter. We are now finishing the utilities.

We liked this team’s approach best: they took us to a construction site, suggested ways to optimise the budget and patiently answered all our questions in detail. Our individual design needed reworking, so we commissioned a new one from them. The design fee was refunded after construction was completed.

We are happy with the quality, speed and communication. There were no major faults, and small issues were fixed almost immediately. We did not commission independent construction supervision and checked the work ourselves, which meant learning a lot. Ask for photographs of work that will later be concealed. We still need to turn the shell into a finished home and move in. Time will tell what living here is like!

If you want the company to handle utilities, rough finishes, fencing or other extras as well as the shell, I recommend planning and contracting for those jobs from the start. During the busy season, crews are booked months ahead, and otherwise you may have to organise those jobs and find contractors yourself.

They recommended reinforced concrete slabs for the attic floor and suggested a single-storey home. We should have listened!

A camera is connected during construction so you can watch progress on your phone. As a bonus, they filmed and edited several drone videos for us to keep.

As soon as we received bank approval, we went to the company: we had wanted to build with them for a long time. At the first meeting, the manager explained everything in detail and answered every question. I had been worried because I knew almost nothing about house construction.

They prepared the design in a week, which made me very happy. Friends had previously hired another company and their build had taken much longer and cost much more. This company met all our expectations. There were no advance payments; everything proceeded in stages. We received our home on time. Thank you very much for the quality of your work!

At the moment I consider this the best building company in Perm. We visited all the well-known companies. Many quoted extremely high prices without offering anything special.

At first I thought there might be a catch because their quote was lower than their competitors’. Based on the reviews, we decided to go ahead, and we are very happy with our choice. The cost matched the estimate, except that delivery was more expensive, but still manageable. I think this is a very respectable company, and I am glad we have one like it in our city!
