Working drawings allow a house to be built from clear documentation rather than just a picture. It sets out the floor plans, dimensions, structure, materials, details and construction sequence in advance.

A more detailed design makes it easier to prepare estimates, organise material purchases, supervise contractors and avoid rework on site.

Architectural design section

The architectural section shows what the house will look like: floor plans, elevations, sections, heights, levels, room schedules and main dimensions. Can a house be built without working drawings?

Technically yes, but this increases the risk of errors, rework and inaccurate cost estimates. Working drawings establish layouts, structure, materials and key construction details in advance.

Can a ready design be modified?

Standard ready-made designs are sold without modifications. Changes to the layout, elevations or building services are handled as bespoke design at RUB 1 000/m²; when a construction contract is signed, the design fee is deducted from the construction cost.

Can construction costs be estimated from a design?

Yes. The more detailed the design documentation, the more accurately work quantities, materials and the construction package can be estimated.

Which is better: a ready design or a bespoke one?

A ready design is suitable if its layout and architecture already meet most of your requirements. A bespoke design is preferable for a challenging site, particular requirements or a home tailored to a specific way of life.

Can I send my own design for an estimate?
