Project description
The 429 m² Posokhin is composed around the contrast between its two-storey residential section and a low side volume. The upper floor sits within a light-coloured rectangular frame, while the dark lower level visually connects the house to the terrace. Large windows and calm horizontal lines are particularly distinctive when seen from the open space in front of the facade.
The load-bearing walls are brick, the foundation is a reinforced concrete slab, and the floors are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The exterior finishes combine stone and facade panels. The stone texture adds depth to lower and accent areas, while smoother panel surfaces maintain clearly defined boundaries between volumes.
The flat roof reinforces the rectangular silhouette and makes the upper floor read as a single geometric form. Here, the design gains its character from the relationship between light-coloured frames, dark accents and glazing, rather than from gables. This particularly suits a facade in which large windows and a long terrace play the leading roles.
The house has three bedrooms, including a principal bedroom suite, and three bathrooms. The project includes a garage, while the terrace provides a separate space to relax with views of the plot. This floor area allows attention not only to the number of rooms but also to their arrangement, transitions between living areas and a sense of space.
