Project description
Ginzburg is a 478 m² two-storey house whose substantial residential volume connects to a lower garage wing. Tall windows and vertical facade accents visually elongate the main part of the building, while broad cornices restore balance to the composition. The light grey palette reinforces this precise, restrained character.
The walls are brick, the foundation is a reinforced concrete slab, and the floors are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Brickwork suits a solidly built house with an extensive layout. The exterior uses decorative render and facade panels: smooth planes and strongly textured areas distinguish the residential volume, entrance area and garage.
Metal roof tiles retain the familiar pattern of a pitched roof while weighing comparatively little beside natural tiles. The roof works together with broad light-coloured soffits and contrasting edging to the eaves. Repeating these lines makes the separate parts of the large building read as a unified whole.
The layout includes four bedrooms, including a principal bedroom suite, seven bathrooms and a study. The double-height space adds volume to the shared living area, while a separate study provides a dedicated place to work. The garage and terrace add practical areas to the living rooms: one serves daily vehicle access, while the other provides space for relaxation and conversation outdoors.
