Project description
Polyanskiy is the design for a single-storey house with a floor area of 168 m², featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garage and a terrace.
The interior is planned to include a living room, a kitchen and a sauna. The sauna creates a separate relaxation area. The garage is part of the house and provides convenient parking for a car.
The building dimensions of 18 × 15 m help plan space for the house and driveway in advance. The gabled roof complements the traditional character of the design.
