Project description
Korshunov is the design for a large two-storey house with a floor area of 445 m², featuring six bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garage and a terrace.
The layout includes an open-plan kitchen and living room, a dressing room and a laundry room. A separate dressing room provides organised storage outside the living rooms. The garage is incorporated into the house to make parking more convenient.
The building dimensions of 24 × 17 m help plan space for the house and driveway in advance. The hipped roof gives the house a cohesive architectural appearance.
