Design cost and terms
The current published bespoke design rate is RUB 1,000 per m². When a construction contract is signed, the design cost is deducted from the construction price.
The scope, documents and timeframe are agreed before work begins. If an existing design suits you without changes, you can choose it from the ready-made design catalogue.

How does a bespoke design differ from a ready-made one?
A ready-made design is selected from existing options. Bespoke design allows the layout, elevations and structure to be agreed for a specific plot and household. Standard ready-made designs are sold without changes.
How much does bespoke design cost?
The published bespoke design rate is RUB 1,000 per m². When a construction contract is signed, the design cost is deducted from the construction price. The scope and terms are agreed when the order is confirmed.
What is included in the documents?
Published document packages include architectural and structural sections. The exact bespoke scope is agreed separately; building services sections are not automatically included.
Can you specify a design timeframe in advance?
The timeframe is determined after discussing the plot, document scope and work required. This page does not promise a fixed timeframe for every bespoke design.
