Project description
Pavlov is a 132 m² two-storey house with distinctive brick finishes. Dark masonry combines with light-coloured window and corner surrounds, while a small round window accents the gable. Despite its compact dimensions, the house retains a recognisable traditional appearance: a pitched roof, separate porch and clearly marked entrance make its proportions immediately understandable.
The walls are built with aerated concrete and faced externally with clay brick. The facing creates a contrasting pattern without applied decoration: masonry colour highlights the edges of the building volume and the window openings. Aerated concrete forms the walls, while brick provides the facade texture. A strip foundation forms the base, with a cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor between storeys.
Metal roof tiles emphasise the geometry of the slopes and connect the main roof to the covering above the entrance. Its dark shade is coordinated with the brick, leaving the light-coloured facade details as the main accents. The roof projection over the porch marks the entrance area and creates a transition from the open courtyard to the interior.
The two storeys accommodate four bedrooms and two bathrooms; the design also includes a study. This number of separate rooms within 132 m² makes the house appealing to a family that values personal space and the ability to work from home. Two levels accommodate the living spaces within a compact volume, leaving room on the plot for other activities.
